Police also recovered stolen property from one of the apartments and from a vehicle owned by one of the suspects.

Detectives believe the suspects entered the apartment of 29-year-old Steven Kile in the 200 block of New York Street, shortly before 10 p.m.

Sunday night, April 22.

While in the apartment one of the juveniles beat Kile and knocked him out of his wheelchair.

The suspects then ransacked the apartment, stealing home electronics and the victim's wallet.

A device that Kile uses to communicate was initially reported stolen but was later found in the ransacked apartment.

Baker said, Kile's medical condition made it difficult for him to communicate with responding officers.

The officers were eventually able to communicate with him through handwritten notes and learned that he had been robbed.

Kile was treated by paramedics at the scene for cuts and bruises.

On Tuesday Redlands police, assisted by Riverside police, arrested Seyyed Hadi Mirlohi, 20; Richard AdvertisementLance McGee, 21; and two male juveniles, ages 14 and 16, all of Riverside.

All four are charged with home invasion robbery.

According to Baker, the victim met Mirlohi in an online social networking site and later in person.
