The camper to volunteer ratio is at least 1 to 1, so the kids are taken very good care of.

Counselor Ryleigh Carr said, "We don't always realize how lucky we are.

A person can be touched in just one day." Counselor Tasia Smith added, "What these kids do brings a lot of smiles to us." The one day camps are the week of June 22nd.

It's only $30 per camper and they have 2 sessions.

One for kids in Kindergarten-6th grade and the other for 7th through 12th grade.

Ryleigh Carr said, "The kids mark down "Camp-We-Can" on their calendar and look forward to it at the beginning of the year." Head Camp Counselor Jason Snyder said, "To see these kids ride a horse, get on a golf cart, it's an amazing experience." Tina McGaughey told us "the friendships that are made last a lifetime." Parents are encouraged to attend the Camp-We-Can but they don't necessarily have to be with their child.

While the kids are having fun, mom and dad get some adult time.

Snyder said, "the parents just can't believe their kids were able to do so much in one day." Simpson agreed saying, "Mom's have told us it's the best day of motherhood.
